Quality Management System (QMS) Policy
Dtech Softwares is committed to delivering reliable software products, licences, and services to schools, clinics, and businesses. This Quality Management System (QMS) Policy describes how we plan, build, deliver, and improve our work. It is an internal management statement published for transparency. It does not by itself constitute ISO certification. Last updated: 29 September 2026.
Scope
This policy applies to licensed products sold through dtechsoftwares.com, custom software engagements, implementation and support, and internal processes that affect customer outcomes.
Quality objectives
- Deliver software that meets agreed requirements and performs reliably in production.
- Provide clear licensing, documentation, and activation paths.
- Respond to support promptly and track issues to resolution.
- Release tested updates with meaningful release notes.
- Learn from feedback and defects.
Customer focus
We define quality from the customer’s perspective: correct behaviour, usable interfaces, careful handling of data, and honest communication about scope, timelines, and limitations.
Product lifecycle
- Requirements — Custom work is scoped in writing. Licensed products follow published descriptions.
- Design and development — Code is version-controlled and aligned to the agreed architecture.
- Testing — Features are verified against acceptance criteria. Critical paths (licensing, payments, data entry) receive additional checks.
- Release — Versions are documented and published through controlled channels.
- Support and maintenance — Issues are logged, prioritised, and resolved. Retainers, where purchased, follow the invoice conditions or signed agreement.
Continuous improvement
We review customer feedback, support trends, and post-release issues to improve processes and training.
